I have learned a serious lesson this past month. I will never buy a cheap smart phone again. After several clients expressing difficulties with getting in touch. Four trips to the phone shop. I got a new phone and was done with the other. Amazingly different and so much easier to use. For anyone who has not had a reply from me in the past 6 weeks. I went through 2 sim cards and 2 hand sets trying to find the problem before hearing the advice and buying a quality phone.
